Pickering Town Centre
The objective was to combat retail outflow while repositioning Pickering Town Centre as a more modern, fashion-forward destination, supported by a target
of 5 percent growth in sales per square foot. The “In Town” campaign was developed to reinforce the centre’s proximity to local shoppers and position
it as a convenient alternative to out-of-town retail, while also signalling that
its retailers offer the latest, on-trend fashion.
